Commercial Construction and Maintenance is a growing general contractor company based in Bessemer, AL. We specialize in small to mid-level commercial projects such as car washes, convenience stores, and municipal buildings. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process and construction. The Salesperson will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports on sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Understand the company's products and services and be able to explain them to customers.
- Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales.
- Analyze customer data to develop targeted sales campaigns.
- Provide customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,435.00 - $54,312.00 per year
