JOB DESCRIPTION
Our salon in South Barrington (in the Arboretum) is looking for a talented Manager who is passionate about cutting hair, elevating talent, and creating a winning team!
The Manager reports to the Team Leader/ Area Manager and is accountable for the effective operation of the business/ store. The Managers’ objective is to develop successful Team Members who will in turn develop a profitable, growing business. The Manager is responsible for providing direction and control for day to day operations as well as Stylist duties.
Our Store Managers average $52,000.00 – $85,000.00 and our rockstar managers earn even more! YOU’RE A PRO! TIME TO GET PAID LIKE ONE!

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A valid IL cosmetology or barber license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Manager experience in a salon preferred however not required
- Industry passion.
