Your responsibilities

Team Lead – Key Accountabilities & Requirements:

  • A team leader is a person who provides guidance, instruction, direction & leadership to a group of individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results
  • The team leader monitors the quantitative & qualitative achievements of the team & reports results to a manager
  • Mentor to members within the team, acts as a SME representing the team
  • Serves as an escalation point for team members
  • Ensures team and individuals within the team are meeting their respective KPIs
  • Recommends continuous process improvements for the team
  • Assist with on-boarding & training partners on SAP business & system processes
  • Continuous leadership training required
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Customer focused, results driven

SAP Support Specialist – Key Accountabilities and Requirements:

  • Develop cross functional knowledge to enable successful run & build activities supporting tkMNA’s SAP Template
    • Local & global processes, cross functional knowledge with core competencies in support, configuration, & development for the tkMNA SAP modules
    • Recommend improvements, provide solutions, & understand the complexities of the tk business
    • Provides direction, continuous training, & process improvements for the SAP AMS Team
    • Ability to manage/direct a team consisting of a mix tkMNA employees, external partners, offshore and near shore resources
    • Ability to maintain the required support level across the tkMNA organization
    • Process knowledge of tkMNA business units, particularly in the core areas of FI/CO, OTC and P2P
    • Coordinate the team members in their daily duties and facilitate exemplary customer service culture in team members
  • Managing the relationships with all tkMNA AMS Partners for the tkMNA SAP Template
    • Developing and monitoring partner KPIs
    • Ensure all vendors tkMNA has partnered with for SAP Template support have established KPIs, monitoring of KPIs, and are performing to contractually agreed upon KPIs
    • Ensure number of staff, bench staff and quality of staff provided by all tkMNA AMS partners meets the needs of tkMNA
    • Assist with on-boarding and training partners on tkMNA’s SAP Template business and system processes
    • Direct the day-to-day
  • SAP system run support:
    • Ticket handling; general how-to, bug/fix for tkMNA’s SAP Template
    • Serve as the Major Incident Manager for SAP Template critical outages/issues
  • SAP system build support:
    • Providing input on process gaps, user requirements, efficiencies, value-add and contributing to the overall goals to projects
    • Ensuring the SAP AMS Team are assigned as required to projects and meeting their project goals/deadlines
    • Ensuring project quality gates, documentation standards and project phases are being conducted consistently and efficiently by the SAP AMS Team
  • Responsible for the content, development, and delivery of required tkMNA SAP Template documentation
  • Define training delivery method on scope of system changes
    • Identify training needs for tkMNA SAP Template end users, delivery training on regular intervals based on need
  • Local business unit process validation
    • Business Process reviews to identify issues / knowledge gaps
  • Develop and maintain relationships locally and globally
  • Travel required
    • Approximately 25%

Your profile

Role Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years’ hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0
    • Experience with tkMNA’s SAP system preferred
  • Previous experience in SAP Functional, Technical and/or Support roles
  • Experience in coordinating on-shore, off-shore and near-shore teams
  • Experience in managing IT partners and services preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
