Client in New Jersey and Texas is in need of an experienced SAP S/4 Hana Functional Expert to provide SAP functional support on a part-time bases. The resource would act as a liaison between the Italian and US teams, provide guidance and help to implement new functionality in their existing SAP solution.

The resources will each be able to work approximately 10 hours a week for approximately 7 to 10 Months remotely in the United States.

The details are:

• The client is running SAP S/4 Hana.
• There are 2 locations in scope: NJ and TX. There are approximately 25 team members in total.
• There are approximately 150 customers, a few thousand SKUs, 50+ fixed assets and 25+ vendors.
• No manufacturing, no foreign sales or shipments, USD currency only and all business is conducted within the US.
• Existing SAP environments, including Sandbox and Training, are setup and available for use.
• Existing English based Training Documentation exists that the Belmero team will be able to use as a starting point for training documentation and just have to retrofit it for US specific policy and procedure differences.
• Belmero will be providing functional support and integration assistance.
• Belmero will factor in best practices into the solution and optimized to maximize productivity, reduce costs and reduce any potential risk to the business.

The client is looking for an experienced resource with at least 10 years of experience in the following areas:

• Material Management (MM) for purchasing and inventory management.
• Warehouse Management (WM) for logistics and shipping

The candidate must:

• Have an in-depth understanding of SAP S/4 Hana
• Must have an understanding of the limitations and opportunities presented by the SAP.
• Identify, resolve and escalate issues (when necessary) in a reasonable period of time.
• Develop clear and concise functional documentation.
• Previous experience with at least 4 full-life cycles with SAP Implementations.
• Familiarity with technology and business use of technology is a necessity in order to provide direction for business processes and product enhancements.
• Must be highly analytical with demonstrated experience in critical thinking and analytical problem solving.
