Position Overview:
We are looking for another team member to join our Scheduling Department. This position involves handling outbound and inbound calls to schedule appointments for HERS Inspector's home visits. These calls are NOT sales calls.
Those with experience as a receptionist would be a good fit for this position.
Requirements:The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Must have a pleasant phone personality and the ability to learn and explain the basics of what the customer can expect during their HERS inspection. We provide all necessary training.
- Ability to handle a large amount of Inbound and Outbound Calls approximately 175/day
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Must be competent in Microsoft Products and Google
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
- Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
