We are looking for a Construction Scheduler who can support multiple projects utilizing Primavera P6. This is for projects in Life Sciences, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical devices. The scopes will include civil, structural, mechanical, process piping, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, automation systems, commissioning & validation, regulatory, and product commercialization.

Hybrid Role: On-site in the Los Angeles Area + Remote

Responsibilities:

• Develop quality schedule baselines.
• Versatile people skills, from the field foreman to the vice president.
• Manage schedule and perform updates.
• Perform what-if schedule scenarios, advanced schedule analysis, and variance analysis reports. Manage schedule changes and analyze change impact.
• Summarize schedule status in a narrative and create status reports and presentations for management.
• Perform resource planning and optimization.
• Facilitates schedule meetings
• Produce meaningful schedule reports and analysis
• Ensure schedules are developed in compliance with corporate and department requirements and contractual requirements
• Develops schedule related processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and presentation capabilities: written and verbal.
• Demonstrate a team spirit and strong dedication to success of the team.
• Construction experience required
• Knowledge in the construction of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Experience with field planning and progressing. Solid knowledge and experience in Primavera P6.
• Any experience in life sciences (project management, commissioning, scheduling, cost, etc.)

Education and Training:

• Relevant Construction Experience 5+ years and Primavera Experience 3+ years
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Any certification from PMI or AACE is beneficial
