We are looking to add a dynamic, high-energy team member who enjoys making a difference in the lives of seniors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary performance in their ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, learn quickly, and answer YES to the following questions:

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving excellent customer service with clients and care staff utilizing phone, text, and emails as appropriate.
  • Managing incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Creating and maintaining Client and Caregiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches in order to provide high-quality care to exceed client expectations.
  • Scheduling and coordinating staffing activity, utilizing the WellSky (ClearCare) software system.
  • Remediating client and employee scheduling issues to ensure problems are resolved and communicated.
  • Maintaining applicable documentation for caregivers and client’s files.
  • Project a caring, inclusive environment in the office and to all who interact with us.

Skills and Experience:

  • Compassionate team player able to adapt within a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter able to prioritize and multitask in a time sensitive manner.
  • Interested in participating in the mission of our company to provide essential services to our senior community.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Above average human relations, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences (especially on the phone).
  • Prior staffing experience with home care agency scheduling a plus but not required.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and Health Care software preferred
  • Ability to keep others calm in an emergency.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to proof and validate own work.
  • Availability for occasional shifts on a scheduled basis.
  • Available on-call one weekend per month

Schedule: Flexible -within core hours of Monday-Friday, 10 am- 4 pm; on call one weekend per month

Pay: Competitive based on skills and experience
