Job Title: School Psychologist
Location: Clemmons, NC (Onsite or Virtual)
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a School Psychologist for the upcoming school year in Clemmons, NC. This position offers the flexibility of both onsite and virtual work options, accommodating full-time and part-time schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning
- Provide counseling and support to students, families, and staff members to promote overall well-being
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in the identification and intervention process for students with special needs
- Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to address students' unique needs
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform decision-making
Requirements:
- Master's degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in North Carolina
- Experience working in a school setting preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
