As an experienced professional in technology transformation and Project Execution, you manage complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for employees and stakeholders across the globe. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture - namely, how to create an environment for technologists to thrive - as well as a keen ability to establish priorities while managing several stakeholder groups. You will work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable for the local change you and your leadership team are driving towards. You will work with your local technology leadership team and members of the local tech center community to set goals, manage a budget, foster collaboration and promote the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Technology Center Lead/s in strategizing, syndicating and implementing the Global Technology Center strategy and GT's strategy transformational program and activities while maintaining a broad view of the efficacy of those programs within the context of your local tech center
  • Focus on rebuilding and enhancing our existing tech center communities as we adapt to hybrid working environment in the context of unprecedented labor market changes globally
  • Identify new opportunities in support of the tech center strategy based on ongoing evaluation of key location-based metrics
  • Prioritization of Technology Center activities in line with GT transformation strategy
  • Ensure tech center workstreams are operational and provide advice and counsel to the workstream leads and maintain a horizontal view across all the workstreams. Ensure each workstream has the appropriate funding and approvals to execute their initiatives
  • Assess site community and communications needs and develop strategies aligned to the Technology Center's key priorities and objectives.
  • Responsible for communication coordination and delivery; Ensure clear and consistent communication channels and cadence with site technologists. Evaluate periodically to validate effectiveness. Partner with the Internal Communications workstream to set technology site communications strategy consistent and in conjunction with GT communication priorities and messaging.
  • Act as an empowered delegate for local budget and financial oversight
  • Manage the Tech Center governance, including leadership forums and metrics collation and event management and coordination for tech center run or hosted events
  • Support the Tech Center Program with other ad hoc project management, strategy development and execution as needed (e.g. mobility program)
  • Raise up issues and conflicts, investigate options, provide implementation support

Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of technology and non-technology stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Demonstrated capabilities in managing senior stakeholders through difficult situations resulting in positive outcomes
  • Demonstrated capabilities in stakeholder management, budget management, risk management and operations
  • Demonstrated capabilities in large-scale technology transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated capabilities in volunteer management through internal or external initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to define and attract community participation and community development
  • Understanding of global and line of business project and technology program management standards and methods
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex technology program execution
