Security Guard Job at Devcare Solutions
Job Description :
The guards duties on a typical day would be to arrive before office is open and leave after office is closed to ensure safe entry and exit of all staff onsite. Throughout the day the guard will secure the location mainly at the front entrance where customers enter and into the lobby area, to not only protect staff but also ensure the safety of the customers as they come and go as well. The guard would periodically make rounds on the building grounds checking doors and windows to be sure they are secure as well as rounds within the building to monitor safety inside.
Qualifications : Must be able to work from 7:30am to 5pm(monitor parking lot as staff enter and exit for the work day
Must be attentive & alert and possess good communication skills
Must be able to deescalate situations, while remaining confidential, compassionate and helpful
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Up to $16.00 per hour
