Our company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to take on a new role in the Vancouver branch. The Site Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at existing retail locations. This position requires strong leadership skills and a high-level of professionalism and integrity, and we're looking for candidates who can be trusted to do whatever it takes to ensure that our events run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage conflicts and make decisions.
- Communicate with coworkers and the public.
- Manage work schedules and organize work spaces.
- Determine how to spend company funds and materials.
- Communicate directly with higher-level managers and clients.
- Ensure that employees follow safety regulations.
- Deal with difficult clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
