• Perform security reviews and identify security gaps resulting in recommendations for inclusion in the risk mitigation strategy.
• Perform risk analysis (e.g., threat, vulnerability, and probability of occurrence) whenever an application or system undergoes a major change
• Define and document how the implementation of a new system or new interfaces between systems impacts the security posture of the current environment.
• Determine the extent of threats and recommend courses of action or countermeasures to mitigate risks.
• Respond to ongoing continuous monitoring activities, assessment of risk, and outstanding items in a plan of action and milestones.
• Implement security measures to resolve vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and recommend security changes to system or system components as needed.
• Perform or support in information security risk assessments.
• Drive innovation and process improvements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree with 10 to 12 yrs of relevant experience for Risk Analysis, Management, or Intelligence. Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
• Experience in AWS cloud environments.
• Experience in identifying systemic security issues based on vulnerabilities & weaknesses.
• Experience data mangling from different sources
• Experience in customer service and briefing executives
• Experience in developing proposals for innovation and process improvement.
• Experience in sharing meaningful insights about the context of an organization’s threat environment that improves risk management posture.
• Experience in applying cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements.
• Experience in performing impact/risk assessments.
• Experience in reviewing logs or vulnerability scans to identify evidence of past intrusions.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance
