We are seeking an Assistant Manager to come join our dynamic team! A Devon Self Storage Assistant Manager needs to be well-rounded, dependable, and self-motivated.

What Will You Do?
- Oversee and coordinate all operational transactions at your facility
- Interact with and secure new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve property to increase return on investment.
- Maintain property cleanliness to attract tenants
- Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
- Open and close store and ensure bank deposits are correct.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Enforce property rules and regulations
