ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• The senior account executive’s responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversion rate and researching industry trends.
• Manages transactions and provides guidance and support.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking initiatives and customer referrals.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with Red Rock Secureds products and services you’ve sold.
• Recommends precious metals solutions to customers.
• Meets planned sales goals.
• Ensures compliance with governmental regulations.
• Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.
• Promotes the organization and products.
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Generates trade tickets.
• Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.
• Educates clients about CUSIP vs. non-CUSIP solutions.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

Other duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years of experience in precious metals sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Outgoing and positive disposition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Free from alcohol and drug abuse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour
