Bloom Partners Talent Solutions has been hired by a full-service commercial landscaping company in Kailua-Kona, HI to seek an experienced Sr. Account Manager responsible for managing key customer accounts. The Sr. Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for the branch, working as a subject matter expert with all things tied to Customer Relations, Quality Control, Maintenance Safety Procedures, Ancillary Sales, and Budget Adherence.

• Salary range of $130k - $150k+

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
• Make sure clients receive requested services in a timely and accurate fashion
• Communicate client needs and demands to the employer
• Forecast and track client account metrics
• Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
• Keep records of client transactions
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 3+ years of service industry account management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
