We seek a confident & experienced Senior Accountant to join the team at our corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The candidate will prepare general ledger journal entries, analysis, and reconciliation of various available ledger accounts. Specific areas of emphasis relate to airport concession calculations, reporting, audit follow-up, sales tax calculations, and reporting.

You will:

• Prepare journal entries
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
• Conduct research and provide variance explanations for general ledger accounts
• Prepare cash reconciliations and gather details to book cash-related JEs
• Prepare general ledger account analysis for P&L accounts
• Assist in preparation of variance analysis between actuals and forecast and budget on the overall Corporate level as well as by departments and locations
• Assist in annual audit process with external auditors as well as responsible for preparing schedules for yearly tax returns
• Provide accounting-related support and communications between accounting and other departments within Fox
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of general accounting or related experience
• Travel industry experience a plus
• Securitization experience a plus
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced/Expert Excel skills are a must
• Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics and SAP skills are desirable
• Google Sheets and Google docs knowledge, a plus
