Positions & Duties
work2future is looking for a proven leader to help lead the implementation of work2future’s direct service programs into career pathways serving low income and other underserved communities. The Senior Analyst supports Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act’s core programs through program implementation and performance. The person in this position must be highly organized and possess superior oral and written communication skills, a proven track record in program management and performance and must be results driven and must have the ability to work flexibly and creatively. The Senior Analyst position provides leadership to work2future’s Program Services and Management Information Systems (MIS) Unit and spearheads efforts that align with the vision, mission, and strategic plan of the organization. The Senior Analyst provides direct supervision, coaching, and training regarding work2future services, with a focus on program impact.
The position and duties include:
- Leads the creation, oversight, and implementation of the Operating Plan
including research and development, setting and measuring impact goals, creating and monitoring timelines and work plans and working with program staff.
- Leads Young Adult program with identifying promising approaches, best practices in program and performance, supporting the development and evaluation of new strategies and programs.
- Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and tracking of work2future’s Performance Operating Plan. Oversees program evaluation processes for reporting, analysis, and assessment of program impact data including staff training, learning, accountability, and performance improvement.
- Provides structure, supervision, support, training, evaluation to reporting staff.
- Identifies, develops, and nurtures relationships with partner organizations, community-based organizations.
- Develops, supports, and facilitates coalitions and program collaborations with key community partners as needed.

- Demonstrated experience in performance management, strategic and operations planning, including training, tracking, and reporting systems;
- Proven results in meeting program goals and objectives;
- Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, ability to multitask, and provide quick responses;
- Direct experience working with low-income populations through community service or policy advocacy efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in general management/administrative analytic work in the areas of budget, finance, grant administration, organizational analysis, general administration, human resources, or related field in general analytical work.
Acceptable Substitution
One (1) year of additional education above the Bachelor’s Degree level may be substituted for one (1) year of the required management/administrative analytic work.
Licenses or Certificates: Possession of a valid California Driver’s License may be required.

Pay: $102,800.88 - $125,252.40 per year
