Lauderdale, Florida seeks motivated, well organized Auditor orAudit Manager with 5-10 years' experience; CIRA experience and knowledge of Engagement software a plus; Friendly work environment; Strong work ethics; Candidates must be detailed oriented, able to work independently and consistently perform accurately and punctually. Bachelor’s in Accounting (Preferred)
CPA (Preferred)
Experience with CIRA industry (Homeowner Associations, Condominiums and Timeshares)
Prior bookkeeping experience (preferred)
Experience with Checkpoint (preferrable)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work within a budget and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS office (especially Excel)
Experience with CCH ProSystem fx Engagement or AdvanceFlow by Thomson Reuters is a plus.
