We are looking for a dynamic person to fill our care manager role as we continue to grow as a business. The position is office based M-F 9a-5p and includes a paid rotating two-day evening on-call schedule with every third weekend. The care manager will be responsible for interviewing / hiring, scheduling shifts, supervisory visits, and providing direct one on one care to clients.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical Demands The care manager will spend hours in the office and in the clients’ homes. The care manager will be required to do some lifting as necessary. The care manager must feel comfortable providing direct one on on care to clients. The position is located in a busy office - must be able to multi-task. The applicant must be comfortable conversing with a variety of applicants, elderly clients, and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS  Must be 18 years of age  Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language  Must have transportation in good working order including a valid drivers license and car insurance  Must have demeanor and social skills that would enable them to communicate well with clients to achieve favorable outcomes  Prior caregiving experience required  Previous on-call experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS  Light (ability to lift 50 lbs)  Valid Drivers license/ Ability to drive a motorized vehicle  Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods

WORK HOURS M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm with two rotating evening and every 3rd weekend on call.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
