Who are we looking for

We’re looking for a Senior Data Visualization Analyst. This role will be a key contributor in the NIKE Corporate Information Security and will help provide data visualization solutions that enable organizational leaders to make data-driven cybersecurity decisions. The successful candidate will have experience developing and maintaining complex data visualizations from a multitude of diverse data sources.

What will you work on

If this, is you, you’ll be performing these key tasks:

  • Develop, maintain, and handle advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, mapping, and design.
  • Review and improve existing systems; collaborate with teammates to integrate new systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis to fix and proactively resolve failures of business intelligence platform.
  • Leverage data visualization and dashboarding techniques to make complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable to drive business decisions and outcomes.
  • Sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, develop hypotheses, and make recommendations.
  • Ability to lead and/or work on multi-functional teams and provide project management support.
Who will you work with

You will work with the Director of NIKE Corporate Information Security Governance and will be a team lead for the metrics function within the Governance team. You will collaborate with leadership in CIS, Global Technology and Nike business teams.

What you bring
  • I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study, or any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education and training.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience demonstrating ability to create complex data visualization and dashboarding solutions for a diverse group of key collaborators.
  • Experience using structured and unstructured datasets to build comprehensive visualizations in Tableau or similar software.
  • Experience querying and building data in SQL relational databases.
  • Consistent record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve bold goals while maintaining relationships with key collaborators.
  • Solid communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and handle and resolve conflict.
  • Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate.
  • Experience working successfully in a high matrix organization.
  • PowerPoint - mid level to advanced user
  • Remote Work Option – open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $98,000 to $192,500. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
