Job responsibilities

• Leads multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide technology objectives
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions
• Collaborate will rest of Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) product groups to align their roadmaps to Card roadmaps and help ensure all the dependent modernization book-of-work is coordinated
• Develop horizontal capabilities needed across all Card products as they modernize to public cloud
• Partner with Cloud enablement teams and Global Technology Infrastructure product groups to ensure Card priorities are taken care
• Provide strategic direction for the technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with product owners and business leaders to identify technical solutions that drive business growth and competitiveness

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• At least 15 years of experience in technology leadership, with a demonstrated ability to drive transformation initiatives on public cloud
• Mastery of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines ; Command of architecture, design, and business processes
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices; Experienced in modern programming languages and public cloud (certification preferred)
• Experienced in Event driven architecture and Micro services / APIs
• Expertise in working in in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Passionate about building an innovative culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Background in Credit Card and Banking domains
• Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
