The Sr. Eccomerice Operations Specialist / Shipping Strategy Specialist will support the Shipping Task Force in all aspects of developing and supporting TJX Digital’s shipping strategy.

The Shipping Task Force is working to create a best in class shipping experience for TJX Ecommerce customers, while also driving profitable sales. The team is responsible for all customer facing aspects of TJX Digital’s shipping strategy (free ship thresholds, shipping list prices, holiday promotions, etc), as well as monitoring carrier performance and assessing new shipping expense saving opportunities.

Reporting to the Shipping Strategy Manager, the Sr. Shipping Strategy Specialist will provide a key role in supporting strategic analysis, “Run the Business” initiatives, and cross-functional project management.

Responsibilities:

• Develops, maintains, and analyzes shipping KPIs, identifying trends to deliver strategies that drive expense savings & identify/mitigate risks
• Support development of shipping strategies that can increase conversion, average order value, operational efficiencies and decrease costs
• Collaborate with WSO teams in designing and implementing various shipping tests and provide actionable recommendations from data
• Partner with cross-functional teams (fulfillment, finance, logistics, etc) to optimize shipping strategy and problem solve – providing long term solutions & efficiency opportunities
• Partner with Digital Experience to identify, roll out, and maintain new shipping features and projects
• Monitor competition, share findings, and make recommendations
• Maintain shipping program list of initiatives, sharing updates with leadership and key partners, in order to drive alignment of key priorities
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• 2-4 years’ experience in eCommerce, Finance, or Operations
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Strong analytical and critical analysis skills
• Proficiency using Excel (organizing and executing strategic analysis, data visualization, crafting reports, etc)
• Experience crafting PPT slides and speaking publicly to senior leadership and key partners
• Understanding of ecommerce KPIs, including financial/operational metrics
• Agile and innovative thinker
• Project management skills, ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple priorities
