Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline HR processes, capitalizing on the capabilities of ADP ERP to automate and optimize HR operations.
  • Spearhead culture change initiatives, cultivating a transparent and inclusive work environment following a recent acquisition that necessitates transformation.
  • Lead the talent acquisition process, attracting and selecting top talent to join the growing team. Additionally, develop and implement innovative team-building activities to foster collaboration, engagement, and a cohesive work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are highly valued and advantageous.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, showcasing your ability to lead and drive HR initiatives.
  • Display a profound understanding of payroll processes, with hands-on experience utilizing ADP or similar ERP systems.
  • Prior exposure to union dynamics in a manufacturing environment is a significant asset, although not a mandatory requirement.
