Title: Senior IT Business/PMO Analyst

Fulltime

Location: Remote (Quarterly travel to New Jersey)

ComTec is looking for a Senior IT Business/PMO Analyst to document requirements and develop business process flows for implementing a PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements
• Gather process steps, inputs, outputs, and stakeholders
• Understand the existing IT PMO processes and methodologies and develop process flows
• Analyze current business processes and document AS-IS business process flows
• Work with business stakeholders in developing TO-BE business process flows
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Assist in developing business cases, project plans, communication plans, RACI, and estimates
• Develop test plans and test cases
• Assist in change management and project communications

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst
• Minimum 10 years of experience working in an enterprise-level IT environment
• Must have knowledge/experience with PMO (Waterfall and Agile) processes
• Experience with a PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) software is a plus
• Experience developing AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of software including Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must have in-depth knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes, the ability to identify, capture, and translate business requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency in the preparation, selection, organization, and presentation of information in a concise and coherent manner.
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
