As a Sr. Platform Engineer, you’ll be responsible for leading the architecture and implementation of new features and capabilities for our highly-scalable, modernized platform which encompasses middleware, microservices platform and CI/CD pipeline. The successful candidate is an accomplished technical lead and hands-on engineer. You'll get to enjoy the finer things in technology such as Machine Learning and AI, all while working for a company that's stable and continuously growing.

This is an on-site position! Must be willing to relocate and work from offices in either Pleasant Prairie, WI or Chicago, IL area.

As a Sr. Platform Engineer, you’ll be responsible for leading the architecture and implementation of new features and capabilities for our highly-scalable, modernized platform which encompasses middleware, microservices platform and CI/CD pipeline. The successful candidate is an accomplished technical lead and hands-on engineer. You'll get to enjoy the finer things in technology such as Machine Learning and AI, all while working for a company that's stable and continuously growing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience supporting middleware and packaged applications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Java containers such as WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, Tomcat or Weblogic
- Cloud experience with Azure (Open to AWS and GCP experience as well)
- Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes container orchestration
- Experience with Continuous integration and deployment automation tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Git a huge plus
