The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Manager - Corporate Investigations based out of Renton, WA or Auburn, WA.

This is an outstanding opportunity to lead workplace investigations globally. In this role, a successful candidate and seasoned investigator/investigations manager will have the ability to build a team, develop talent, manage performance, and contribute to strategy.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees who conduct workplace investigations (Equal Employment Opportunity, Threat, and Safety) and provide advice, analysis and guidance on the application of company ethics policies

  • Develops and implements integrated departmental and organization strategies and plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental and organizational business and technical strategies, goals and objectives

  • Acquires resources for department activities and leads process improvements

  • Develops and manages relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. The majority of work will be performed on site.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in leading teams and team development

  • 3+ years of experience leading EEO investigations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Advanced degree (Juris Doctorate, MBA, etc.)

  • Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Certification or other ethics and/or compliance certification

  • Active member of Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI)

  • 5+ years of experience leading EEO investigations

  • Prior management experience

Summary pay range: $147,900 – $200,100
