Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to establish strategic framework and efficiently implement digital product information solutions for the Vision Franchise.
- Act as program management office for digital product information projects and provide project management support with teams that include Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, IT, and Engineering.
- Develops, drives, and actively participates with other functions and leaders towards E2E harmonization of processes and systems.
- Leads the Vision Franchise DPI Team and is responsible for the development and performance of assigned team.
- Responsible for DPI processes, audits, compliance, and related product life cycle management.
- Responsible to own the related IT system design and implementation and Quality System changes for DPI systems, including those used in product labeling.
- Consults with Mod Code and Version Control system owners and experts on digital data connections for systems and information flow.
- Consults with eIFU system owners on digital data connections for systems and information flow.
- Knowledge of validation requirements for software systems with demonstrable experience is helpful.
- Knowledge of digital data management practices, regulations and standards is helpful.
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required, a focused degree in Computer Science, Data Management, System Engineering or other Engineering is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Ten years relevant experience of business systems responsibilities, data management, or data analysis and process improvements and change control required.
- A minimum of three (3) years people management experience is required.
- Ability to lead and handle projects including system implementation or integrations.
- Experience in regulated industry is required.
- Proven capability to get results through people and influence across boundaries.
- The ability to build interdependent partnerships, acting as a mediator between organizations and teams to produce high quality program management and governance outcomes.
Preferred:
- Certificates in Program/Project Management, FPX or Agile PM are preferred
Other:
- The anticipated pay range for this position is $113,000- $195,500 annually
- 10% Travel between Jacksonville, FL and Irvine, CA
