Overview of the role

As the Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing and Content, you will be part of the Brand Marketing team at Rejuvenation, working in our brand headquarters in Portland, OR. The Brand Marketing team oversees marketing campaign creation including editorial content, PR & events, influencer programs, and social media. Our job is to grow our customer base of consumers, trade & contract members, and influencers, with a consistent best-in-class brand presence across the marketplace.

In this position, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and execution of Rejuvenation’s seasonal and evergreen cross-channel marketing campaigns leveraging content as the key asset. You will create and manage the editorial and content calendars, collaborate cross-functionally and manage a team that is responsible for the brand voice through editorial and marketing outreach, via email and paid media, with the result of increasing brand awareness as well as customer engagement, retention and acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing campaign strategy, and customer engagement initiatives for the Rejuvenation brand. Work cross-functionally to present a cohesive and compelling brand experience to our target consumer that drives awareness, engagement, acquisition, traffic and sales to the brand.
  • Devise and manage a calendar of new, recurring content campaigns of varying sizes and frequency, including specific initiative-based campaigns
  • Develop and execute the brand editorial strategy, ensuring that the brand voice and story are clearly executed across RJ channels
  • Support key merchandising initiatives to achieve assortment and business goals
  • Develop marketing strategies, editorial identity and launch plans for new branding initiatives
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional business partners to facilitate the execution and analysis of marketing initiatives.
  • Co-manage brand CSR and cause marketing initiatives, serving as a Brand leader for the social philanthropic direction of the Brand, developing strategy and partnerships, engaging our associates and customers.
  • Analyze user and consumption data to maximize opportunities to convert
  • Partner with Data Analytics to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate success
  • Actively monitor trends in digital marketing
  • Supervise and lead Editorial and Content Marketing teams

Criteria

  • Have 6+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in retail
  • Have BA/BS in related field of study preferred
  • Are an excellent team player with an eagerness to do a bit of everything.
  • Are an exceptional communicator, with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside of the organization.
  • Have a broad knowledge of direct to consumer customer contact and ecommerce business processes.
  • Possess strong business and operational senses; you can balance and address conflicting needs and timelines of multiple stakeholders.
  • Have strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Can manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Have proven success leading and inspiring a team.
