As the Marketing Operations Senior Manager, you are responsible for cross-functional operational excellence for Renesas’ global digital marketing strategy and priorities. This role is critical, and its purpose is to hold our digital team accountable to deliver on our priorities through defined metrics.


The Marketing Operations role owns the process for marketing efficiency, aligning the digital marketing team to a set of unified metrics, performing data analysis and identifying trends for optimization to the digital leaders. The role also will define metric cadence, reporting, KPIs, and reviews for the overall digital team. Additionally, this role will oversee the Lead Generation and Management team, ensuring digital activities are optimized with Sales and converting to revenue.


Responsibilities include:

  • Working across the digital marketing organization, define set of KPIs that align to the overall strategy
  • Define process for reporting and trend analysis across the digital org including how our data, competitive intelligence, and marketing trends can be accessed in order to ensure relevance of our integrated campaigns plans and help evolve our long-term strategy.
  • Optimize our Lead Gen programs, processes by identifying trends and improving conversion rates.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing processes by bringing structure and ensuring delivery of our defined marketing plans thru quarterly + monthly reviews, new product launches, etc. Includes defining calendars, templates, program managing, quality control on content.
  • Evolve the operating model (org structure, process, tools, metrics) for increased marketing efficiency and business performance.

Requirements

  • BS/BA preferred. 10+ years tech, B2B experience or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations is required.
  • Knowledge of B2B digital marketing processes required, semiconductor experience a plus.
  • Experience expanding user base and driving Leads thru Sales via the web.
  • Strategic and Operational Problem Solving – Drives structure in ambiguity and solves a range of business problems. Brings structure to deliver projects and programs on time.
  • Data and Analytics Proficiency – Harness data to drive insights and support recommendations. Identifies core business metrics to optimize, and understands business levers which drive, performance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results on behalf of the larger team.
