Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Must be able to able to work onsite and remotely. Currently team is onsite one day a week but may be asked to be onsite more often.

The role will help provide an excellent candidate experience at our Testing Center located in Irwindale, CA and across multiple communication channels (email, phone, Teams, etc.).

The job will also entail working occasionally at our Training Centers (Chino, Alhambra, Westminster, Tulare) to support physical testings.

Required Skills/Attributes

I'm looking for someone that has some background in HR, is a quick learner, customer/candidate experience focused, understands confidentiality/privacy, and has a high aptitude/desire for technology.

This is a temporary/contract role with great exposure and opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team.

Specifically looking for folks with high aptitude to learn technology, professional, customer center focused, and very adaptable.

Also, communication skills are very important.

1-5 years of experience.

Desired Skills/Attributes

Prefer someone that is local to the area (San Gabriel Valley) and able to commute to Chino, Alhambra, Westminster, Tulare.

We are looking for someone who is looking for long term contract.

o Pick up telework equipment at local facility

o May work on a rotational schedule between home and at their designated work location

o In the event that it is determined that candidates can return to work locations full time, candidates must be prepared to work at their designated work location
