CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting a Senior Workday Integration Developer to join our team. This position has an option to work remotely but must be located within the EST time zone.

PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT

The Workday Integration Developer constructs, supports, and maintains Workday integrations for CommuniCare Health Services. The Workday Integration Developer provides solutions and is involved with the entire development process including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT, and deployment. The Developer continuously maintains and supports existing integrations by resolving any defects, enhancing, and applying required updates, as necessary. In addition, the Developer must stay abreast of emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday product. As part of the development process, the position works both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop robust solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree

• PHR or SHRM certification preferred

Experience:

• Typically at least 5 years of HR Systems administration, preferably with a Tier 1 solution; Minimum of 2-3 years HRIS software and systems experience required, including experience specifically in Workday enterprise system

• Minimum of 3+ years of focused Workday HCM configuration experience within multiple disciplines with an emphasis on Financial modules

• Workday experience with an emphasis on administration, relational database management, and report writing
• Experience implementing and/or supporting Workday Finance and one or more associated modules – Financial Accounting, Suppliers, Customers, Projects and Time tracking

• Senior Integration developer with experience using Workday Technologies like EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Studio

• Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting Time, and Absence functionality in a complex environment

• Experience with developing custom reports, BIRT reports

• Experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise
• Ability to troubleshoot HRIS issues and errors
• Functional working knowledge of HR and Payroll processes a plus
• Knowledge of Workday reporting functionality, report writer calculated fields
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to interface directly with company leaders
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to consistently provide accurate data
• Possesses a strong work ethic for working with and maintaining confidential information
• Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem solving skills
