Job Description: The primary role of a server at Cúrate is to create an extraordinary atmosphere and experience for all guests. This includes but is not limited to the following duties:

• Put orders into Aloha and understand Aloha functions
• Take food and drink orders
• Stock the restaurant with items needed during service
• Educate guests in tapas, Spanish drinks, and wine
• Run food to tables and accurately describe the dish(es)
• Clear tables of empty plates
• Ensure guest satisfaction
• Polish glasses and silverware
• Work as a team, lending a hand to coworkers when needed
• Set up/close down the restaurant, including additional cleaning duties to maintain our standards
• Perform regular opening and closing duties and side work, including check out

Requirements: We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have excellent communication skills while possessing the ability to take initiative. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional attitude and appearance. You must be available to work weekends, evening and day shifts, and be willing to work a flexible schedule, must have availability to work on Sundays.
