Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
• Suggestively sell and accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar. Server should be well versed on entire menu – food, wine & spirits.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests within timing periods detailed in steps of service.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor

Qualifications:

• Preferred minimum 1 year experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Be 21 years of age.
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Extensive Wine Knowledge Desirable
• Follow company dress code.
• Current Maricopa Food Handlers Card.
• Current Title 4 Basic Liquor Law Certificate
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
