Benefits and vacation eligibility based on number of ours worked and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

Servers are responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to every guest in the restaurant. Servers are service and detailed oriented, ensuring absolute Guests Satisfaction. Servers will provide positive Guest Interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Servers will have thorough knowledge in all aspects of Thai Foon’s menu, so that they can make a recommendation that enhances the Guest Experience, allowing them to fully enjoy our diverse menu and vast offerings.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Perform station opening/closing duties on each shift.
• Greet Guest in a timely manner (usually within 2 minutes), and follow all service execution steps.
• Describe and making suggestions on Thai Foon’s menu that give Guests options based on thorough knowledge of our menu offerings.
• Clear tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing empty dishes, glassware and silverware. Maintain table cleanliness throughout the meal.
• Speak to Guests to ensure satisfaction with food and dining experience. Effectively handle guest complaints and involve management staff if needed
• Present bills, accept credit card payments, operate POS system, and uphold strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions.
• Check identification of guests in order to verify age requirements for BYOB.
• Assist to Cleans, Sanitizes and Sets tables as needed
• Practices Safe Food and Beverage Handling and clean up at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management Staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• Great communication skill with a BIG SMILE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team oriented environment.
• Excellent organization and detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have ability to accurately handle cash, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
• Physical demands of the job include but not limited to:
• Standing and walking during entire shift
• Reaches, bends, stoops and lifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds un weight on regular basis.

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
