Boum Boum Lagos Restaurant is looking for severs and bartenders to cheerfully attend to guests by offering them assistance in ordering their food and drinks. This is done by having a thorough knowledge of all menu items and how these are served.

Offers weekly pay with take home tips in cash, and automatic gratuity is enforced. One year verifiable experience is preferred to be considered for position(s).
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Performs guest services by making sure that all guests are seated at a clean and properly set up bar or table, that all guests receive prompt attention, have their orders promptly prepared and served, and that the bar area is cleaned and ready for the next guests
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep Boum Boum Lagos Restaurant operating to standard and to set a positive example
• Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
• Follows Boum Boum Lagos Restaurant's operational policies and procedures, including safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees and guests during each shift
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Responsibilities Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Available to work flexible hours that may include morning, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet Boum Boum Lagos Restaurant's operating policies and standards and cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Comply with dress code
• Available to perform many different tasks within Boum Boum Lagos Restaurant during each shift
