Ground Zero Blues Club Biloxi is a small business in Biloxi, MS. We are professional, agile and fast-paced. We are a growing entity of downtown Biloxi and the revitalization of the music scene in the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, outgoing individual to join our team of bartenders and servers. Applicants must have previous experience bartending and/or server and enjoy interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment. Bartenders are responsible for making both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and will also be required to multitask throughout the workday. We are looking for team members that are available 4-5 days weeks and can work more than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Be prepared to be part of a hardworking team
• Create a memorable experience for each and every guest
• Present yourself in a professional manner and be a steward of the brand
• Have a commanding knowledge of all the brand has to offer. The complete food and drink menus and all events
• Attend work as scheduled - that is, arrive on time fully prepared to begin work and remain at work through the entire work period. You are responsible for knowing your scheduled shifts.
• You will be expected to stand for the duration of your shift.
• Handle money and make change.
• Bartenders must have previous bartending experience
• Weekend availablity needed
• Some day shifts and late nights will be required

Pay rate includes hourly plus earned tips
