- A Service Advisor is responsible for maintaining customer service through promoting customer satisfaction and assisting / advising customers in compliance with company policies and procedures. Ex. (advising and selling appropriate tires, tire related services, and mechanical services and/or products necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the customer’s vehicle).
- A Service Advisor exemplifies the highest level of customer service and professional integrity while providing strong and consistent leadership to cultivate and maintain a harmonious, collaborative, and highly productive work culture.

- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards through quality and speed of service, solid technical knowledge, and all other components of customer service.
- Meet or exceed performance standards for quality and speed of service for all customers.
- Achieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties, and maintenance issues.
- Assist other sales or service associates as needed to exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels and record keeping; assist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Always ensure and maintain OSHA environmental, state and hazmat regulations, and safety compliance.
- Maintains a high standard of facility cleanliness and ensures the physical image of the work location is pristine.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Active and unrestricted in-state driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to get to/from work each day.
- A proven history of successful sales experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a highly motivated, dynamic personality.
