This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.
If you've previously been a Scheduling Assistant, Appointment Setter, or Call Center Agent this role is for you!
Compensation: $15-$16/hour depending on your experience + a monthly bonus plan.
Schedule: Flexible! This is a full-time role with 40-hour work weeks on a rotating schedule. We will work with you!

Responsibilities
- Schedule service appointments for our guests to get their vehicle needs taken care of
- Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
- Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
- Advise on maintenance recommendations.
- Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including Gmail, Excel and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working on a team
