Summary
The Service Coordinator is charged with providing customers with exceptional customer service. The successful candidate has experience both answering a multi-line telephone system and electronic media as well as working in a fast-paced work environment. Other duties include assisting with day to day clerical duties.
As an Esscoe Service Coordinator, you will work with high-end clients to provide quality and timely service and ensure our valued clients have received the quality service that sets Esscoe apart from our competitors. In this position the Service Coordinator is often the initial contact, so having great people and follow up skills is a must. Additionally, you will be required to build strong relationships with our fellow team members, partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best experience in the industry..
A high school diploma is required for this position, but a post-secondary degree is preferred. A service coordinator needs to have good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Building lasting partnerships and good relationships with service providers and clients is a must to be successful in this role.

Service Coordinator Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone and electronic correspondence with a positive friendly attitude
- Create service tickets when required. Manage service tickets from inception to completion. This will include scheduling of technicians, technician parts ordering and closing out tickets once complete.
- Service invoicing/billing. This will include service ticket invoicing, contracted services invoicing, and parts orders.
- Maintain several web portals for both vendors and customers.
- Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct department
- Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs
- Assess client issues and provide options to remedy the issue
- Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
- Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications for Service Coordinator
- 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required
- Multitasking in a fast pace environment
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- High quality organizational skills
- The ability to work well under deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
