Delivery Manager

In this role, you will provide your expertise to assist customer with strategic roadmap for cloud security and operations management, influence customer architecture decisions, provide insightful and creative solutions, and assist with successful implementations. Job Summary:
As a BeyondID Delivery Manager, you will be an enthusiastic, hands-on leader of the services organization who can rapidly learn the BeyondID value proposition and apply it to customers of all sizes. You will have previous expertise in architecture and project/program management while leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, forecasting and managing budgets. You have a deep understanding of reporting and metrics as well as capacity planning and utilization targets. Ideally, you will have a strong IAM Architecture, Development (coding) and a Project/Program Management background with the ability to handle multiple work streams and be deeply comfortable with client issues and resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sr. Director with oversight and accountability for the regional professional services billings/revenue, customer satisfaction, resources, and utilization.
- Assist with hiring, growing, and retaining Services Delivery team members wholly focused on our customers' success.
- Collaborate with Account Executives for the planning and deployment of customer solutions to ensure we are providing the appropriate services for their success.
- Improve our repeatable implementation methodology to rapidly enable customers to adopt the Okta service.
- Ensure resources are properly staffed on projects while providing ongoing direct management, mentoring, and support to ensure their continued growth.
- Assist the BeyondID Strategy & Programs team and PMO with improving regional reporting tools, delivery methodology, standards, and project templates.
- Lead the delivery of multiple projects/programs simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Develop project plans, establish project scope, define objectives, and set project goals and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Open Air to track project progress, manage budgets, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews manage project budgets, ensure financial targets are met, and work closely with finance to forecast project revenue and expenses.
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams (technical teams, sales, customer success, and finance) to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline required.
- 6+ years of experience in project/program management, consulting, and delivery in the SaaS and IAM industries.
- Knowledge of typical project delivery methodologies, processes, and standards.
- Programming languages including Java, Python, .NET etc.
- SaaS experience: Okta, Salesforce, Box, Office 365, Workday, etc.
- 6+ years of experience working in the engineering organization of a product company using common Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
- 6+ years of experience leading teams (supervisory responsibilities)
- 6+ years of experience in leading Architects, Technical Consultants and Developers
- Experience Deploying OKTA.
- Experience forecasting project billings and utilization
- Ability to work independently and multi-functionally.
- Ability to Multi-task and manage multiple customer engagements is a requirement.
- Superb communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging and crisis management.
- Experience in Process Improvement, Decision-making, Managing Processes, Planning, Analyzing Information and Developing Standards.
