The Market Sales Manager is a critical position in the success of the Hertz Company and takes on responsibility of VAS initiatives within a geography as well as the sales process. The Market Sales Manager is accountable for facets of the business to include sales results, customer experience during the sales process, and training of sales staff. Oversees and drives the Value-Added Services (VAS) sales, customer experience, Associate development and regulatory compliance as a member of the management team. Lead design and execution of strategies to enhance key performance indicators that drive revenue. Serve as primary liaison in the location with management.
65% Onsite at O'Hare
35% travel to Minnesota and Michigan-Detroit.

Professional Experience:

- 3-5 Years of Sales experience
- 1-2 Years prior management (preferably in a Sales capacity)
- Experience in car rental, hospitality, or tourism a plus
- Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate teams
- Must maintain Valid Driver’s License and comply with Company Policy & Procedures regarding violations
