Provide direction and support to Flock supervisors to achieve operational and safety goals. Manage contract growers programs and policies. Keep track of OHC (One Health Certification) requirement's to maintain certification. Communicate company programs to Flock Supervisors. Help Flock Supervisors trouble shoot performance/health issues on contract growers farms. Communicate department needs and performance to the Grow Out Manager.

Duties/Activities Required by Job

  • Provides direction and support to Flock Supervisors to achieve operational and safety goals. Provide guidance and training to promote competency and commitment.
  • Assist Flock Supervisors Trouble Shoot Performance/ Health issues on contract growers farms.
  • Communicate and Reinforce Mountaire programs to Contract Growers.
  • Keep track of OHC (One Health Certified)requirements, to maintain our certification. Gather weekly information for reports from flock supervisors.
  • Communicate and execute Company policy. Safety, ensure that all company safety guidelines and protocols are carried out

Educations/Experience Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Production Management, Operations Management, Business Management
  • Minimum 3-5 Years in poultry production desired
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to learn new skills, adapt to new policies & procedures quickly.
