Our organization is currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, including monitoring performance, helping the service writers techs to perfrom their best, and ensuring that customer service standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. They should also possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Service department team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor customer service metrics and ensure that customer service goals are met.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer service records and analyze trends in customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensure the service department is profitable
• Improve the techs efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,414.00 - $69,845.00 per year
