Seeking part-time Service Technician needed for Residential Apartment Community located in Centerville/Warner Robins, GA area. Maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community include, but not limited to, knowledge of plumbing, light electrical, cleaning, painting, appliance repair, hardware repair, HVAC repair, and monitoring of the property. The Service Tech must work with the Site Manager to carry out objectives for efficient property operation including security and key control, assisting in purchasing material, supplies, and equipment, as well as scheduled inspections. Applicants must have their own tools and reliable transportation. Prior maintenance experience is preferred, but not necessary. HVAC Knowledge is a plus. Serious inquiries may contact Rita P.
