The Service Warehouse Associate is part of Tesla’s Service team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, be flexible and proactive when solving problems, be able to communicate effectively, and possess strong leadership abilities and soft skills. They will be a self-starter, able to adapt and prioritize in a rapidly growing and changing environment, and responsible for all aspects of the warehouse.
Properly maintain warehouse organization to ensure all materials are inventoried, accessible, countable, and identifiable. Develop and adopt procedures and make suggestions regarding procedures, standards, and equipment to facilitate more safe and efficient work. Review and document inventory count to ensure accuracy within the warehouse. Coordinate field teams to plan for & process decommissioned sites to ensure useable material gets inventoried, and unusable material gets scrapped. Complete auditable records: packing slips, pick lists. Complete all required safety trainings, follow safety policies, and always demonstrate proper safety protocols. Additional duties, as necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other resource planning software. Ability to perform repetitive duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. Must have a valid state driver’s license and must be insured Preferred Qualifications: Previous Warehouse experience. Forklift certification. OSHA 10 or 30 Card
