We are looking for a Service Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and taking detailed notes of customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, and have a strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance. The Service Writer will also be responsible for managing customer accounts and billing information.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their needs.
- Provide estimates for services and repairs.
- Schedule appointments for service and repairs.
- Explain services and repairs to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure proper completion of repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services, and payments.
