Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed. • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 years of prior relevant experience. • 7 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform – ITAM including SAM, CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers, Workflow/Notifications, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, ACL Roles / Groups. • 5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps and transform scripts. • 5 years of experience developing ServiceNow SAM Implementations. • Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) Software Asset Management (SAM) Implementer • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Software Asset Management (SAM) • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Solid ServiceNow ITOM Developer knowledge and experience (Software Asset Management, CMDB, MID Server and Discovery) • Skills with using JavaScript, REST and SOAP integrations. • Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio with UI Builder • Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows and workflow. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration. • ServiceNow Data Import experience • Agile development • System integration (SOAP, REST, Stored Procedures, Queues, etc.) • JavaScript, REST and SOAP integrations • Experience with process flow documentation creation. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
