Qualifications:
This is a customer-oriented leadership position involving cash handling, making drinks, and maintaining health department and operational standards. Alignment with company core values.
We do require that you:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be available to work 25 hours a week or more
- Be available to work weekends
- Have reliable transportation
- Complete our New Barista Training Program- You will then receive your own dedicated trainer for your first 8 shifts to work alongside you and make sure you are comfortable with every aspect of the business.
