Elite Care Oatfield Estates is looking for dedicated, caring individuals to join our team. Our Caregiver/ Med Techs provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse while assisting residents with activities of daily living, housekeeping, laundry, and other daily chores. No experience necessary!
Your major duties will include:
Follow and build the simple, consistent, and routine organization of the household
Participate in the household with the Residents, staff and families
Daily ADLS
Teamwork and Communication
Document in the Portal
Cleaning Duties
Other tasks as assigned
If you are new to being a caregiver and just getting started, we are willing to train the right person. We will put you through an excellent orientation, training and on-boarding program! Learn about dementia, how to provide ADLs, and proper documentation.
Pay Range: $14.00 per hour DOE!
We are currently have shifts open on all days!
We offer comprehensive health insurance benefits approximately 60 days after employment as well as paid time off and time and one half for holidays worked.
Must be able to pass a stringent background check and pre-employment drug test.
