We are looking for Operations Analyst (Import/ Export/ Shipments) - based in Miami.
What will you do?
- Communicate with carriers and origin and destination location agents regarding shipment status, special handling and delivery processes.
- Tracking maritime, air & land import and export shipments, to fulfill the integrated logistics service for our clients
- Constant communication with customers through the platform.
- Preparation and review of shipping documentation (pre-alert) according to customer requirements
- Build relationships with customers, offices, overseas and domestic agents and service providers
- Verification of updated costs and charges on the platform
What do you need for this role?
- Graduate in International Business, Business Administration, Engineering, and/or related fields.
- 3 years of experience with similar functions in Freight Forwarder companies, and/or shipping companies.
- Strong knowledge of logistics in terms of import and export by air, sea, and land.
